By downloading or using the Life in the UK Test 2026 app, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Independence Disclaimer
This app is an independent, private study tool for the Life in the UK Test. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by the Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), GOV.UK or the official Life in the UK Test service. The name 'Life in the UK Test' is used descriptively, only to indicate which test the app helps you prepare for. The official test is booked and administered exclusively through gov.uk, and official government sources always govern.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial study purposes.
Content and Accuracy
The app contains 418 practice questions covering the topics of the official Life in the UK handbook, a study guide with 5 chapters and 29 lessons, and a mock exam mode that follows the official test format (24 questions, 45 minutes, pass mark 18 out of 24). The practice questions are our own educational material: they are not the official question bank, which is not published. Test rules, fees and requirements can change; gov.uk and official publications are always authoritative. The app is an educational tool: it does not replace official sources or the test itself, and it does not guarantee that you will pass the Life in the UK Test or obtain any visa, settlement or citizenship outcome.
User Conduct
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, copy or redistribute the app or its content. Commercial redistribution or publication of the practice material is not permitted.
In-App Purchases and Premium
The optional Premium upgrade (Lifetime Access) is a single one-time purchase; there are no subscriptions. Purchases are processed via the store where you downloaded the app (Apple's App Store or Google Play) and are subject to that store's terms. Refunds are handled exclusively by the respective store according to its policy: on iPhone via reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android via your Google Play order history.
Limitation of Liability
The app is provided without warranty of any kind. We accept no liability for test results, immigration, settlement or citizenship decisions, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes are published in the app and on this website.
